Keysight is looking for candidate for the position of Attorney.
Role and Responsibilities
Secretarial:
- Handling company secretarial jobs like convening board, committee and general meetings
- Preparation of notices, agenda and minutes
- Maintaining statutory registers and records
- MCA filings, secretarial audit and other projects under Companies Act 2013
- CSR compliances including NGO onboarding, project due diligence, MOUs, monitoring and CSR audit
- Handling RBI Compliances including ITES, FLA, Survey and all communications
- Vetting of legal documents such as affidavits, leases, MOUs etc.
- Helping in POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act) related compliances, including imparting of training
- Coordination with external agencies, professional bodies and legal counsels
Legal:
- Vetting small agreements and misc. documents
- Due diligence review of business partners including across APAC and EMEA regions
- Assisting Legal Management with Legal Budget forecasting and cost management (including vendor registration, purchase order generation, and invoice processing and payment) including across APAC and EMEA regions
- Assisting Legal Management with coordinating Legal team inputs of projects, as required, including across APAC and EMEA regions
Eligibility
- Company Secretary preferably with Law Degree
- Having 1-3 years of experience in handling secretrial matters and RBI compliances
