Details of the Job/Internship
Marlabs is hiring an Attorney with 3–4 years of experience to join their office in Koramangala, Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contracts such as agreements, work orders, and amendments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to structure, prepare, and finalize commercial proposals.
- Create guideline documents related to contract management, including SOPs, playbooks, and templates.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs and finalize agreements.
- Work closely with business teams, respond to queries, and provide updates on documentation.
- Conduct due diligence and gather relevant legal and commercial information.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with 3–4 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial law and contractual matters.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and ability to learn contract management tools.
