Details of the Job/Internship

Sanas is looking for a candidate to join them as Attorney.

Role and Responsibilities

• Commercial contracts (drafting, negotiation, management)Technology and data privacy law
• Regulatory compliance (ensuring adherence to relevant regulations in various jurisdictions)
• Intellectual property – Patent, Trademarks, Copyright, Trade secret
• Product development and launch (identifying and mitigating legal risks)
• Analyze and assess legal and regulatory risks associated with new products, business ventures, and strategic initiatives
• Manage complex legal matters, including contract negotiations, litigation (potential involvement in pre-litigation disputes), and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement standardized legal processes and templates to streamline legal services delivery.
• ​Partner closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure legal alignment with overall business goals and strategies.
• Serve as a key legal advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance to various functional and business leaders across the organization.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams across departments, including Product Development, Technology, and Compliance.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain complex legal matters to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Eligibility

• 4+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) in a law firm or as an in-house counsel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law.
• Strong academic background with excellent credentials from reputable law firms.
• Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal/
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach.
• Experience managing significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Salary/Stipend
