Details of the Job/Internship

Vis Legis Law Practice is hiring an Attorney with 2–4 years of experience in real estate and conveyancing to join their Pune office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft sale deeds, agreements, leases, and related documents.
• Conduct title searches and perform detailed property due diligence.
• Read and analyse 7/12 extracts, property cards, and mutation entries.
• Provide advisory on land laws, redevelopment, and compliance matters.
• Represent clients before relevant authorities.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate and conveyancing.
• Strong drafting skills in English and Marathi.
• Ability to read and interpret land records.
• Knowledge of Maharashtra land laws, RERA, Registration Act, and MLRC.

Salary/Stipend
