Details of the Job/Internship
WNS is hiring an Attorney with experience of 7+ years to join their office in Vikhroli/Thane, with a preference for immediate joiners and scope for a hybrid work model.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and redline commercial contracts such as Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, RFPs, Partner Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and customer-specific vendor agreements, focusing on clients based in the Americas region.
- Conduct end-to-end legal review of contracts, including issue identification, internal approval requirements, and coordination with internal teams.
- Conduct legal research on general commercial matters, upcoming legislation, and privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Provide general advisory on contracts and commercial matters.
- Upload and review legal documents on internal contract management tools and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with teams including sales, finance, accounting, marketing, and operations.
Eligibility
- 7+ years of experience required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Work from office with room for hybrid (Vikhroli/Thane).
