The firm has expertise in international and corporate tax, goods and services tax, customs and foreign trade policy, classification, valuation, IPR disputes, IPR acquisition, contract structuring, commercial disputes, and industry-specific regulations.

Details of the Job/Internship

DServe Legal is hiring attorneys, either fresh law graduates or with up to 5 years of experience, for its Tax practice (Indirect and Direct Taxes) and Commercial Litigation practice (including Arbitration) at the Pune office. The firm is also looking for lawyers willing to operate from Mumbai after working for some time in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on matters related to indirect and direct taxes.
• Handle commercial litigation, including arbitration.
• Provide litigation support, advisory services, and assist in strategic consultancy.

Eligibility

• Fresh law graduates or candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
• Willingness to work in Pune initially, with the option to operate from Mumbai later.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
