Details of the Job/Internship
BPTP Ltd. is hiring an AVP – Corporate Legal to oversee and manage all legal cases, contracts, and compliance matters at its Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review customer-related documents including conveyance deeds, builder buyer agreements, allotment letters, possession offers, and maintenance agreements.
- Review vendor-related documents such as work orders, purchase orders, LOIs, LOAs, and consultancy agreements.
- Review documentation related to land acquisition, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate leasing.
- Review and standardise employee-related documents including offer letters, NDAs, and non-compete agreements.
- Review marketing and public material for compliance with RERA and other applicable regulations.
- Standardise terms and conditions across all business contracts.
- Manage and close customer litigation across consumer courts, RERA tribunals, and other forums.
- Ensure timely responses to legal notices and statutory communications.
- Coordinate with external counsels for litigation strategy, settlements, and mediation.
- Manage vendor litigation, arbitration, and property-related disputes.
- Provide general corporate legal advisory to business stakeholders.
- Implement and manage a Legal Management System (LMS).
- Advise on digital contract management processes.
- Manage external legal vendors and internal legal infrastructure.
- Support team performance management and appraisal systems.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB / LLM).
- 20+ years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Experience in litigation management, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory.
- Strong knowledge of RERA, property law, consumer disputes, employment law, and commercial contracts.
