Details of the Job/Internship

HT Media Group is hiring for the position of AVP - Legal (Contract Management) with 14-15 years of experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, leases, and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, advising stakeholders on implications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve timely deal closures.
• Maintain accurate contract records, databases, and periodic reports.

Eligibility

• LL.B from a reputed law school.
• 14–15 years of experience in commercial contract management.
• Proven expertise in legal drafting, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
• Experience in life insurance or financial services (preferred).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
