Details of the Job/Internship

Personnel Search Services Group (PSS) is hiring Candidates for the position of Assistant Vice President - Legal.

Role and Responsibilities

• To formulate and put in place a robust, uniform legal scrutiny process of all documents related to the housing loan proposals.
• Monitoring of MODT registration.
• Review and provide legal opinion on all legal documents of the housing loan customers.
• Liaise with relevant departments.
• Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management in all contracts entered by the company.
• Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training, and disseminate knowledge to sales staff.

Eligibility

• A Law graduate with 15 to 20 years of experience.
• Leadership experience including the ability to set direction, manage and motivate people and work collaboratively with other teams.
