Sterlite Power is hiring for the position of AVP Legal to join their office in Gurgram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of issues, influencing strategic decision-making.
• Assist with litigation strategy and manage outside counsel relationships.
• Overseeing the legal aspects of the Company’s business.
• Provide legal support in business acquisition and throughout the project life cycle.
• Leading funding transactions from legal and managing and guiding external legal counsels.

Eligibility

• Law graduate from a reputed law school, with work experience of around 15+ years in power/infrastructure/energy sectors.
• A mix of in-house and law firm experience would be preferable.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
