Resollect is onboarding experienced bank empaneled lawyers and advocates across India who specialize in SARFAESI, DRT, recovery, and property-related legal services.
Role and Responsibilities
- Get listed on a dedicated platform to receive consistent legal assignments from multiple banks and NBFCs.
- Use a centralized dashboard to manage assignments, track payments, and gain visibility among financial institutions across geographies.
Eligibility
- Lawyers or advocates who are empaneled with public or private sector banks.
- Experience in SARFAESI, DRT, recovery, property due diligence, title verification, or banking litigation.
- Regional expertise and local presence are preferred.
