Chandhiok & Mahajan is hiring an Associate – Banking and Finance with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on banking and finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate financing and restructuring agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and manage transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and stakeholders on deal execution.

Eligibility

• LL.B degree from a recognized institution.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in banking and finance law.
• Prior exposure to financing and debt restructuring transactions is essential.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Salary/Stipend
