Details of the Job/Internship
Pant & Co. is hiring Banking/Finance Lawyers with experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 law firms to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex banking and financial matters.
- Draft and negotiate agreements related to financial transactions.
- Manage credit and insurance-related legal issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations.
- Provide tailored legal solutions and maintain high standards of client service.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).
- Membership in a recognized legal professional body.
- Expertise in finance, including knowledge of banking and credit regulations.
- Experience managing credit and financial instruments and transactions.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and related legal frameworks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in banking and finance law, preferably in Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firms.
