Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate for its Banking & Finance practice with 2–3 years of experience to join their team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on financial products including project finance, leveraged finance, and distressed debt transactions.
• Handle debt restructuring, acquisition finance, and syndicated lending.
• Advise on structured products and both established and emerging financial products.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the Banking & Finance practice.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
