Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate, Senior Associate, or Counsel in Banking & Finance to join their Mumbai office. The role involves advising on financial products, including project finance, securitisation, leveraged finance, distressed debt transactions, debt restructuring, acquisition finance, syndicated lending, structured products, and emerging financial products.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on banking and finance matters.
• Handle complex financial transactions and products.
• Support debt restructuring, acquisition finance, and project finance deals.
• Provide guidance on emerging financial products and structured transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled in the Bar Council of India.
• 2 to 9 years of experience in Banking & Finance practice.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
