Candidates must have expertise in subjects for regulatory exams like SEBI & RBI, company law, IPR, and IBC. Role and Responsibilities
- Teach subjects for regulatory exams like SEBI & RBI.
- Possess expertise in company law, IPR, and IBC.
- Conduct mock analysis and vetting.
- Lead mentorship sessions and research.
- Develop and curate course materials.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of Banking Law and related subjects.
- Experience in teaching and conducting research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields such as Banking, Finance, or Economics, with a Master's degree in Law or relevant discipline.
- Professional experience in the banking industry or legal practice is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The candidate should possess:
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in easy to understand terms.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial includes:
- Familiarity with Indian banking regulations and laws
- Experience in teaching Law PG programs
