Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate for its Banking practice with experience of 1–3 years to join its Mumbai office. The role involves advising on a wide range of banking and finance transactions and established as well as emerging financial products, while working in a professional and inclusive work environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on financial products, including project finance.
• Handle securitisation, leveraged finance, and distressed debt transactions.
• Assist with debt restructuring and acquisition finance matters.
• Work on syndicated lending and structured products.
• Provide advisory services on established and emerging banking and finance products.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1–3 years of work experience in Banking and Finance practice.
• Experience in handling complex banking and finance matters.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
