Details of the Job/Internship

Lex Favios is hiring a Banking Lawyer with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

Conduct thorough title searches and property due diligence for mortgage creation.
Scrutinize revenue records and encumbrance certificates to identify potential risks.
Draft and review loan agreements, deeds of hypothecation, and mortgage/charge documents.
Prepare and vet guarantees, security instruments, and other related banking documentation.
Coordinate with financial institutions regarding compliance and the enforcement of securities

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is essential.
Minimum of 2+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Banking & Finance.
Mandatory hands-on experience in title verification and drafting secured lending documents.
High level of expertise in banking regulations and real estate collateral for financial institutions.
