Lex Favios is hiring a Banking Lawyer with 2–3 years of experience to join their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft title search reports and review property documents, including land and revenue records.
• Draft, review, and negotiate finance-related agreements.
• Advise clients on compliance with banking and financial regulations.
• Liaise with banks’ legal and business teams regarding transaction documentation.

Eligibility

• LLB degree with strong knowledge of banking and property law.
• 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or industry role handling banking transactions.
• Experience working with Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
• Proficiency in reviewing title search reports and drafting loan-related documents.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary/Stipend
