Details of the Job/Internship

Lex Favios is hiring a Banking Lawyer with experience of to join their office in South Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice and representation in banking and finance matters.
• Drafting and reviewing loan agreements, hypothecation documents, and mortgage-related documentation.
• Conducting title due diligence.
• Handling negotiations and advising on financial restructuring.
• Conducting legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Expertise in banking and finance laws, regulatory compliance, and corporate finance matters.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing loan agreements, hypothecation documents, and mortgage-related documentation.
• Experience in conducting title searches.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Experience working as lenders’ legal counsel to banks and financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a recognised university.

Salary/Stipend
