Trilegal is hiring a Banking Lawyer – Associate with experience of 1–3 years in Banking & Finance practice to join their office in Mumbai.

The position is within the Banking practice area. The role involves working on a wide range of financial products and transactions, including project finance, securitisation, leveraged finance, distressed debt transactions, debt restructuring, acquisition finance, syndicated lending, and structured products. The role also includes advisory work on established and emerging financial products.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising on financial products, including project finance.
• Handling securitisation, leveraged finance, and distressed debt transactions.
• Assisting in debt restructuring and acquisition finance matters.
• Working on syndicated lending and structured products.
• Providing advisory support on established and emerging financial products.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1–3 years of experience in Banking & Finance practice.

Salary/Stipend
