Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate in the Banking Practice with 1–6 years of experience to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on financial products, including project finance.
• Handle securitization, leveraged finance, distressed debt transactions, and debt restructuring.
• Advise on acquisition finance, syndicated lending, and structured products.
• Provide guidance on established and emerging banking and finance products.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1–6 years of experience in Banking and Finance practice.

Salary/Stipend
