Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate in its Banking Practice with 1–6 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on financial products, including project finance.
• Handle securitization and leveraged finance matters.
• Assist in distressed debt transactions and debt restructuring.
• Support acquisition finance and syndicated lending.
• Work on structured products and advisory assignments.
• Provide guidance on established and emerging financial products.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1 to 6 years of experience in Banking & Finance Practice.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
