Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate – Banking & Finance with 2–7 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on financial products including project finance and structured finance transactions.
• Handle securitization, leveraged finance, and distressed debt transactions.
• Assist in debt restructuring and acquisition finance matters.
• Work on syndicated lending and structured products.
• Provide advisory on established and emerging financial products.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–7 years of relevant experience in banking and finance practice.
• Strong understanding of financial products and transactions.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
