Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–2 years of experience to support its technology and Web3 law practice. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and agreements.
• Support corporate and regulatory compliance activities.
• Assist with technology law matters, including IT regulations and data protection.
• Handle HR-related legal and employment law matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal notes.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputed law school with 0–2 years of experience.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Good understanding of corporate law, technology and Web3 regulations, and employment or HR laws.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
