Role and Responsibilities
- Providing strategic leadership and organisational governance.
- Participating in executive-level decision-making.
- Shaping organisational vision, policies, and long-term strategy.
- Overseeing corporate governance and performance metrics.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Advising leadership on complex legal and business matters.

Eligibility
- Strong expertise in corporate law, business formation, and structuring.
- Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and transactional services.
- Knowledge of compliance, regulatory guidance, and risk management.
- Proven ability in dispute resolution, mediation, and litigation.
- Leadership, strategic planning, and governance skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in law or a related field.
- Prior experience in a leadership or board-level role in the legal or corporate sector.
