Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring a Bootcamp (Legal Marketing) Faculty with experience of 2–4 years to work in a 100% remote role involving live online instruction and academic delivery. The role involves delivering live bootcamp sessions in Corporate Law, Company Secretarial Practice, Governance, and Compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct live online bootcamp sessions and teach legal topics.
• Deliver structured curriculum modules aligned with practical industry standards.
• Use real-life case studies and drafting exercises during sessions.
• Drive classroom interaction and ensure student engagement.
• Track learner progress and completion rates.
• Maintain high session ratings and learner satisfaction.
• Write bootcamp-related emails and scripts.
• Create video content related to bootcamp skills, advertisements, and landing pages.
• Deliver bootcamp sessions.

Eligibility

• Company Secretary (Qualified or Semi-Qualified) from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification preferred.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in company incorporation, statutory compliance, board meeting documentation, and corporate drafting.
• Prior teaching experience through online courses, live classes, or workshops is an advantage.
• Strong command over the Companies Act and governance frameworks.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong English and Hindi communication skills.
• Ability to handle live Q&A sessions confidently.

Salary/Stipend
