Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring a Bootcamp Marketing & Program Manager with experience of 3–6 years to join their remote team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute structured email campaigns including pre-launch, lead nurture, onboarding, engagement, and post-completion communication.
- Write conversion-focused emails aligned with learner personas and program objectives and monitor campaign performance metrics.
- Develop scripts for promotional and educational Bootcamp videos and collaborate with design and video teams for production.
- Write ad copies for digital platforms and conceptualise campaign messaging for lead generation while coordinating with performance marketing teams.
- Create persuasive landing page copy aligned with program positioning and work with teams on UX alignment and A/B testing.
- Support end-to-end Bootcamp execution from launch to completion and coordinate with faculty, mentors, and operations teams.
- Ensure learner engagement, session flow, and program quality while collecting feedback and implementing improvements.
Eligibility
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
- Experience in email marketing and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics.
- Ability to script and structure video content.
- Experience managing cohorts, programs, or bootcamps.
- Preferred: Experience in EdTech, Bootcamp, or skill-based learning programs.
- Preferred: Exposure to growth marketing or digital marketing campaigns.
