Details of the Job/Internship

Shriram Finance Limited is hiring a Branch Legal Head to join their office in Bihar. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee legal operations at the branch level.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal consulting to support business decisions.
• Manage legal documentation and compliance matters.
• Identify and resolve potential legal issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge and expertise in law with the ability to apply legal principles effectively.
• Experience in legal compliance and legal consulting.
• Ability to prepare and manage legal documents with accuracy.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters and work collaboratively.
• Degree in Law (LLB or higher).
• Experience in the financial services or NBFC sector is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
