Shriram Finance Limited is hiring a Legal Advisor to join their Mohania office. The role involves providing legal advice, preparing and reviewing contracts, addressing legal issues, and handling labor and employment law matters while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to management and internal teams.
• Prepare and review legal documents and contracts.
• Handle labor and employment law matters.
• Identify and address legal issues impacting business operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams while working independently when required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Expertise in law, legal advisory, and legal document preparation.
• Knowledge of labor and employment law.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
