Details of the Job/Internship

StellarStart Global is hiring a Brand Protection Intern for a 6-month remote internship through their StellarScout Program

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor various online platforms, including e-commerce and social media, for potential IP infringements.
• Conduct digital research to assess counterfeit risks and unauthorized use of brand assets.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating IP violations across global web platforms.
• Support the drafting of formal takedown notices, complaints, and enforcement reports.
• Track the progress of enforcement actions and maintain records of successful removals.
• Assist in the preparation of risk assessment reports for brand owners.

Eligibility

• 5th-year law student or candidate nearing graduation.
• Strong understanding of trademark and copyright basics.
• Highly observant and analytical with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with digital research tools and various online e-commerce platforms.
• Genuine interest in brand protection and online legal enforcement.
• Good communication and legal drafting skills.
