Details of the Job/Internship

React India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Brand Protection Manager with experience of 4–6 years to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive brand protection and anti-counterfeiting initiatives across India and South Asia.
• Coordinate with external investigators and vendors to ensure the effective execution of market investigations.
• Support legal actions by collaborating with external counsel and brand owners on enforcement strategies.
• Draft and review essential enforcement documentation, including Cease & Desist notices and criminal complaints.
• Provide strategic advice to member companies on complex brand protection and IP infringement matters.
• Analyze market trends and investigative outcomes to provide data-driven recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Prepare detailed reports on enforcement actions and maintain robust case tracking systems.
• Manage field operations and offline enforcement procedures, including liaison with law enforcement agencies.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• 4–6 years of experience specifically in IP enforcement, investigations, and brand protection.
• Strong understanding of Indian Intellectual Property laws and criminal enforcement procedures.
• Extensive experience in offline enforcement, field operations, and investigative methods.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a high-pressure professional environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to negotiate with internal and external teams.
• Strong analytical and research skills to identify emerging infringement risks and trends.
