Details of the Job/Internship

MHPI is hiring a Brand Protection Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their global team as a permanent remote employee.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce MAP policies, price adherence, and product-quality standards across various sales channels.
• Identify and report online Trademark and Copyright infringements using third-party tracking software.
• Conduct detailed seller investigations and generate reports to assist with online and physical enforcement.
• Manage unauthorized seller infringements and report anomalies in market activity to Business Units.
• Perform competitive analysis to ensure pricing strategy alignment and brand integrity.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to provide routine reporting on brand health and violation trends.
• Maintain and update brand protection software databases as product lists or prices change.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Brand Protection or Intellectual Property.
• Proven experience working with Chinese and Asian marketplaces on counterfeit cases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup) and general Microsoft Suite applications.
• Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin/Chinese skills are considered a major plus.
• Mandatory Home Setup: Dedicated quiet space, 30 Mbps+ broadband, and ability to accommodate two monitors.
• Immediate joiners or those with a 30-day notice period are preferred.
