Details of the Job/Internship
ZURU Toys is hiring a Brand Protection Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to join its Ahmedabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor global e-commerce platforms, social media networks, and independent websites for IP infringements.
- Classify infringement leads and verify authenticity.
- Assist in collecting infringement information and coordinating takedown actions.
- Collaborate with law firms and platform teams to remove infringing listings and content.
- Draft and review legal documents such as cease-and-desist letters and infringement complaint forms.
- Coordinate with global teams, Indian vendors, platform legal teams, and IP attorneys.
- Liaise with law firms and Intellectual Property Offices for complex cases.
- Maintain detailed case records and prepare performance and risk reports.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent legal degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in IP enforcement, takedown operations, or corporate legal roles.
- Prior experience handling IP infringement cases for brands, cross-border e-commerce companies, or IP law firms is mandatory.
- Experience dealing with unauthorized sales and independent website infringements is preferred.
