Details of the Job/Internship
CrowdStrike is hiring a Business Analyst – Legal Operations with 2+ years of experience to join its Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes and incoming legal requests.
- Log, prioritize, track, and escalate tasks to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide administrative and process support, including scheduling and documentation.
- Prepare summaries, trackers, and follow-up notes for stakeholders.
- Maintain playbooks, templates, and process documentation.
- Compile and organize data for reports, dashboards, and summaries.
- Use AI-enabled tools for data entry, validation, and insights.
- Support KPI tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and support process improvements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, administrative coordination, or process support.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, dashboards, and AI-assisted tools.
