Details of the Job/Internship

CrowdStrike is looking for a candidate for the position of Business Analyst - Legal Operations with 2+ years of experience to join them at their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor shared inboxes, log incoming requests, and triage items to the appropriate owners or workstreams.
• Prioritize and track tasks to ensure timely responses and resolution.
• Maintain service-level awareness and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of meetings, reviews, and project activities.
• Prepare summaries, trackers, and follow-up notes to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Maintain up-to-date playbooks, templates, and process documentation to ensure consistency.
• Compile and organize data for reporting, dashboards, and recurring summaries.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support data entry, validation, and insight generation.
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators and presenting findings in a clear, actionable format.
• Collaborate with internal partners to route questions, clarify priorities, and keep projects moving.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate routine administrative tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that promote efficiency and alignment across teams.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, administrative coordination, or process support.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with productivity tools, including Microsoft 365, Excel, dashboards, or AI-assisted workflow tools.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
