Details of the Job/Internship

Innodata is hiring for the position of Business Analyst (Legal Projects) with 5 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop business cases and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Create and maintain clear documentation including process maps, user stories, use cases, and flowcharts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI developers and data scientists, to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Define and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with project managers to establish project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Support solution implementation by ensuring requirements are met and assisting with issue resolution.
• Facilitate user training and create supporting materials for system/process adoption.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and ensure successful solution adoption.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a tech or AI-focused environment.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or similar technologies is highly desirable.
• Industry-specific experience in sectors like finance, healthcare, legal, or retail is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively liaise between technical and business teams.
• Proficiency in data formats such as XML and JSON (preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
