LawSikho is hiring a Business Development Associate (Social Media Services) with 2–4 years of experience to manage client onboarding, scheduling, and communication for their social media management vertical in a remote full-time role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Speak to leads to understand requirements and answer initial questions.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and manage calendars.
- Follow up with leads post-calls and meetings to ensure timely action.
- Maintain lead and client data in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Liaise with design and content teams to track deliverables.
- Support client onboarding with documentation and meeting notes.
- Prepare weekly reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, inside sales, executive assistance, or operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Confidence in handling client calls and explaining services.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and video meeting tools.
- Organised and reliable with a strong follow-up mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a marketing, social media, or creative agency is a plus.
- Willingness to work with tracking tools and comply with company policies.
- Availability from 10:30 am to 8:00 pm in a full-time capacity without any other employment.
