GLOBE LAW & CO is hiring for the position of Business Development Executive (Legal Sales) to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the legal domain.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored legal services and solutions.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Drive sales efforts from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with legal teams to understand service offerings and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Represent the firm at networking events, seminars, and client meetings.
- Stay updated on legal trends, particularly in International Arbitration, Corporate M&A, and Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs).
Eligibility
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the legal industry or with law firms.
- Strong understanding of legal services, especially in cross-border transactions and international legal advisory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex legal concepts to clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field.
