India Legal is hiring a Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Sector 68, Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and build a pipeline of qualified leads across law firms, corporates, institutions, government bodies, and individual professionals.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
• Draft clear and professional outreach communication aligned with the organisation’s brand.
• Manage the complete lead lifecycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, qualification, and conversion.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data and interaction history.
• Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and leadership teams to align outreach efforts.
• Track outreach performance, response rates, and conversions, and prepare periodic reports.
• Refine lead lists, messaging, and outreach strategies based on data and feedback.
• Ensure all outreach activities remain compliant, ethical, and aligned with legal industry norms.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, sales outreach, or partnerships.
• Prior exposure to the legal, consulting, media, or professional services sector.
• Strong written communication and persuasive outreach skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and spreadsheets.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with structured targets and timelines.
• Ability to work from the office in Noida and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
