Role and Responsibilities

- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and position our company's offerings effectively. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals: Create compelling and customized sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase the value proposition of our products/services. Address client concerns and objections while highlighting the unique benefits of our solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial terms are established. Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and close deals in a timely manner.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Leverage this knowledge to develop innovative strategies for business growth and differentiate our offerings in the market.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. Provide valuable input to improve existing products and services.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and deals using CRM software. Regularly analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and new business opportunities. Utilize various channels to generate leads, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending
Eligibility
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Eligibility: Candidates with 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT Industry shall apply
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a business development or sales role.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the [industry/sector] market and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
