Details of the Job/Internship

KAnalysis is hiring a Business Development Specialist – IP Domain with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Sultanpur, Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Patents, Trademarks, and general IPR services.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with startups, corporate entities, and individual innovators.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, starting from lead generation through to final deal closure.
• Create and execute effective business development strategies to consistently achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Coordinate closely with internal IP and legal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and servicing.
• Act as a bridge between the client's innovation needs and the firm's specialized IP service offerings.
• Track market trends to identify emerging sectors requiring intellectual property protection.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within IP, legal, or consulting firms.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Intellectual Property (Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation.
• Experience in navigating the sales lifecycle within a professional services environment.
