Details of the Job/Internship
Hyperloop Consultancy Group is hiring a Business Development Executive for a full-time role in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify redevelopment opportunities such as housing societies and land parcels.
- Conduct initial site assessments including feasibility and legal considerations.
- Build networks with society members, brokers, and developers.
- Conduct meetings with society committees and explain redevelopment processes and benefits.
- Prepare and present feasibility insights and legal roadmaps.
- Participate in AGM and SGM meetings and handle group discussions.
- Coordinate with developers, evaluate proposals, and assist in deal structuring.
- Work closely with architectural, legal, and finance teams for project execution.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Law (LLB).
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate, redevelopment, or business development (preferred).
- Strong interest in real estate redevelopment and strategy.
- Understanding of FSI, planning regulations, CHS laws, RERA, and agreements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and ability to handle fieldwork and client meetings.
