Fragomen is hiring a Business Immigration Analyst to join their office in Kochi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform tasks related to case preparation, including document gathering and thorough review.
- Draft and file petitions with government agencies under the guidance of a supervisor.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with foreign nationals and client contacts regarding case status.
- Compile and summarize large quantities of data within case management systems for reporting.
- Meet assigned deadlines and adhere to documented firm standards and Data Privacy protocols.
- Monitor case progress and escalate complex issues or potential delays to management.
- Proofread documents and draft fluent prose without the aid of AI engines.
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual and collective productivity goals.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or a Paralegal certification.
- Alternatively, experience in a customer-facing or client service-oriented role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong emphasis on manual drafting and proofreading).
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet strict deadlines.
- A client-service mindset with high attention to detail.
