Details of the Job/Internship
RB Law is hiring a Business Immigration Paralegal for a full-time remote position. The role involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, managing case files, assisting attorneys with visa applications and petitions, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and addressing client inquiries.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Manage case files and support visa applications and petitions.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with clients and address inquiries.
- Manage deadlines and track case progress.
- Conduct research on immigration processes and regulations.
- Support process improvement initiatives for streamlined case management.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of immigration law, including H-1B, O, L-1, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and case file management.
- Experience with visa processes and business immigration matters.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification; experience in legal or immigration settings preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with legal software and tools is a plus.
