Details of the Job/Internship

Michelin is hiring a Business Law Generalist to join them in their Pune office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Implements Group directives, referentials and compliance programs.
• Provides timely and responsive legal advice or other legal related support to internal partners.
• Manages external legal counsel and other consultants to ensure quality of advice and assists in setting and managing the budget for external legal resources.
• Manages legal & compliance projects at regional level.
• Dispute resolution: Provides legal support to various disputes and manage litigations.
• Delivers legal training to internal partners where necessary.
• Implements Michelin Legal initiatives [ex: EBF, CLM, CCR…].
• When necessary, be a key player in the integration projects for new acquisitions.
