PSA (Priti Suri & Associates) is hiring a Business Lawyer with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Eligibility
- Interested applicants must possess extensive experience in counselling Indian and foreign companies on diverse aspects of their businesses.
- Candidates should be able to draft legal opinions, prepare and negotiate varied contracts, conduct due diligences with an eagle eye on attention to detail and engage in negotiations.
- A thorough knowledge, grasp and understanding of interplay of diverse laws is a necessity.
- Amongst others, these include Companies, Contract, Competition acts, FEMA, labor and employment, both for manufacturing and services sectors.
