Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisphere.ai is hiring a Business and Legal Associate (fresh graduate) to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Track payment collections and manage accounts receivable, including follow-ups on outstanding invoices.
• Monitor client usage and prepare structured reports for account health and renewals.
• Manage inbound client queries through the company inbox with timely and professional responses.
• Conduct outbound outreach on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify potential clients.
• Research target accounts, build prospect lists, and support business development initiatives.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and industry outreach activities.
• Ensure smooth internal communication between teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and organise documentation, trackers, and operational records using tools like Notion, Slack, and HubSpot.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognised law school with strong legal fundamentals.
• Internship experience at a law firm with an understanding of legal practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail in tasks such as payment tracking, client communication, and reporting.
• Organised and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• Interest in LegalTech, AI, or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, HubSpot, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
• Prior internship or exposure in a startup or client-facing role (preferred).

Salary/Stipend
