Details of the Job/Internship

GABA & CO. is hiring a CA/Lawyer with 1-3 years of experience in Customs and Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) to join their office in Mumbai. GST experience is an added advantage, but the primary experience should be in Customs and FTP.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters related to Customs and Foreign Trade Policy (FTP).
• Provide legal and tax consulting services in the relevant areas.
• Manage and resolve complex indirect tax and international trade matters.
• Draft legal opinions and documentation related to Customs and FTP matters.
• Communicate with clients and government bodies regarding indirect tax issues.

Eligibility

• 1-3 years of experience in Customs and Foreign Trade Policy (FTP).
• GST experience is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
