The DNLU Student Law Journal (DNLU-SLJ) is a student-run academic journal established to promote rigorous legal scholarship and academic deliberation. To address the need for timely engagement with contemporary legal developments, DNLU-SLJ launched its Online Blog Series, which serves as an open-access platform for critical and interdisciplinary legal analysis. The Journal follows a strict ethics, transparency, and objectivity-driven editorial policy and ensures a structured peer-review process for all submissions.

The DNLU-SLJ Online Blog Series invites original and well-researched blog articles that engage with contemporary legal issues, recent judicial developments, legislative and policy analysis, and interdisciplinary perspectives. The blog aims to foster academic dialogue and encourage critical legal reasoning by providing timely scholarly commentary.

Types of Submission and Word Limit
- Blog Articles / Case Comments / Book Reviews / Legislative & Policy Comments
- Word Limit: 1,000 – 2,500 words (exclusive of endnotes)
- Maximum permissible similarity: 10%
Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
- The Journal follows a strict exclusive submission policy.
- Co-authorship is permitted up to two authors.
- Use of AI or AI-assisted tools is strictly prohibited.
- Zero tolerance towards plagiarism in accordance with UGC Regulations, 2018.
- Manuscripts must be anonymous and should not contain any identifying information.
- Submissions must be made electronically in MS Word (.doc/.docx) through the official submission form.
- Authors are required to comply with editorial suggestions within stipulated timelines.
Formatting Guidelines
- Font: Times New Roman
- Main text: Font size 12, 1.5 line spacing, justified alignment
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
Style Requirements:
- Title: 14 pt, Bold, ALL CAPS, Centre aligned
- Endnotes: Times New Roman, 10 pt, Single spacing
- Citation Style: OSCOLA (4th Edition)
- Hyperlinks are encouraged; endnotes to be used where hyperlinks are unavailable
- Acronyms must be spelled out at first use
